Architecture Build Workflow
Step 1 – Contact

Step 2 – Meet Our High Representative
Tell us about your vision! Our team will provide a detailed overview of our design steps, project timelines, and fee structure to help bring your project to life.
Step 3 – Survey
Following our initial consultation, our team will conduct a comprehensive site visit. During this step, we will take precise measurements, document the existing conditions through photography, and map out the current layout to establish a solid foundation for your project.
Note: *Our team does not provide building permit document preparation services (PBG)
Step 4 – Quotation
Our team will send you a complete proposal with a budget estimate (RAB), project schedule, and payment terms.
Step 5 – Signing Contract
After reviewing and agreeing to the project terms, we will prepare the documents contract for signing. This official step ensures everyone is aligned as we move forward into the creative phase.
Step 6 – Progress Report
Our team conducts weekly progress meetings to review project milestones against the project schedule (S-Curve) and oversee material approvals.
Step 7 – Provisional Hand Over (PHO)
Upon completion, we conduct a joint site inspection (checklist), execute the Provisional Hand Over (PHO), and formalize the final Work Completion Certificate (BAPP)
Step 8 – Maintenance
To guarantee long-term quality and address any operational adjustments, all projects include a 3- to 6-month warranty and maintenance period
Step 9 – Final Hand Over (FHO)
The final milestone of your project journey includes executing the Final Hand Over (FHO) and signing the official Work Completion Handover Certificate (BAST)—officially welcoming you to move into your newly completed home!

Yes. We handle projects in various regions of Indonesia. Consultations can be done online, while site surveys and field coordination can be adjusted according to the needs of the project.
Can the design that was made be used directly for construction?
Yes. Once the design is approved, we will prepare technical working drawings that can be used as a reference for contractors during the construction process so that on-site execution is more guided and has minimal errors.
Do I get a discount if I continue the development with your team?
Yes. For certain projects, we offer a special program where the design fee can be more economical if the client continues with the construction process with our team. The details of the scheme and its terms will be explained in the official proposal we provide.
