Interior Build Workflow

Step 1 – Contact

Get in touch with us on social media to share your requirements. We would be delighted to schedule a consultation at your convenience, whether online or in person.

Step 2 – Meet Our High Representative

Tell us about your vision! Our team will provide a detailed overview of our build steps, project timelines, and fee structure to help bring your project to life.

Step 3 – Survey

Following our initial consultation, our team will conduct a comprehensive site visit. During this step, we will take precise measurements, document the existing conditions through photography, and map out the current layout to establish a solid foundation for your project.

Disclaimer: Please note that our services do not include the preparation or processing of building permit documents (PBG/Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung).

Step 4 – Quotation

Our team will provide a transparent, detailed Bill of Quantities and Budget Plan (RAB), alongside a realistic construction timeline and structured milestone payment terms. This ensures complete financial clarity and alignment before any ground is broken.

Step 5 – Signing Contract

Once the project scope and financial milestones are agreed upon, our legal team will draft a transparent, mutually binding Construction Contract. This official step ensures both parties are legally aligned, securing your project timeline and establishing a clear roadmap for a successful build.

Step 6 – Progress Report

After the maintenance period concludes, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything remains in pristine condition. We then sign the Berita Acara Serah Terima Pekerjaan (BAST) to mark the Final Hand Over (FHO) and the official completion of our services.

Step 7 – Provisional Hand Over (PHO)

Upon project completion, we walk through the site together for a final Checklist review. After verifying that all craftsmanship meets our standards, we finalize the Provisional Hand Over (PHO) and sign the BAPP to hand over your keys.

Step 8 – Maintenance

We provide a 3 to 6-month maintenance period after handover. During this timeline, our team guarantees to handle any necessary adjustments or structural fixes to ensure your space remains flawless.

Step 9 – Final Hand Over (FHO)

The final milestone of our design journey involves delivering your complete project blueprint. We provide a meticulous handover of all design documents, ensuring you receive both the physical hardcopy and digital softcopy files ready for seamless on-site execution.

How much is the interior design service fee?

Design costs vary depending on the building size, level of complexity, type of project, and the drawing requirements needed. After the initial consultation, we will provide a quote tailored to your project’s needs.

How long does the design process take?

The time it takes depends on the scale and complexity of the project. Generally, the home design process takes about 2-6 weeks, including the revision and design finalization stages.

Can I submit a design revision?

Sure. We provide several rounds of revisions during the design process to make sure the final result matches your needs, preferences, and expectations..

Can the design be adjusted to fit my construction budget?

Yes. We always consider the budget from the very beginning of the planning stage. That way, the design that comes out is still attractive, functional, and realistic to build according to the available budget.

Do you offer design services for projects out of JABODETABEK?

Yes. We handle projects in various regions of Indonesia. Consultations can be done online, while site surveys and field coordination can be adjusted according to the needs of the project.

Can the design that was made be used directly for construction?

Yes. Once the design is approved, we will prepare technical working drawings that can be used as a reference for contractors during the construction process so that on-site execution is more guided and has minimal errors.

Do you handle interior projects for houses, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces?

Yes. We handle various types of interior projects, ranging from homes, apartments, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, cafés, clinics, to other commercial spaces.

Can I use furniture production services and interior implementation at the same time?

Initial consultation, site survey, preparation of design service proposal and offer, signing of the design service contract, design process & design approval, and handover of all design service documents.
